Andrew Garfield

Andrew Russell Garfield (born 20 August 1983) is an American actor and producer born in Los Angeles California. He is known for his roles in films such as The Social Network (2010) The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and Hacksaw Ridge (2016). Garfield started his acting profession as a theatre actor prior to making films and television debuts in the year 2005. His role in The Social Network, in 2010brought him recognition. Then in 2012, he played the beloved Spider-Man character in the remake directed by Marc Webb. His parents were American Richard Garfield, and British Lynn Hillman. He has a younger sibling called Ben. In the year 2003, his family moved from the United States to Surrey England. Early in his life the actor was involved in various school plays and started taking acting classes. Later he attended the Central School of Speech and Drama in London taking his first steps in theater.
